COAS -> PRINTER SETUP is broken in COL2.2 at least, and possibly 2.3

You can type

lisa --printer

and setup your printers in a standard console OR

setup your printer using the gui (coas) and make the following ammendments
The printer name 'hp' is used in this text. Change appropriately.
file permissions and ownership are stated (these are important)

1) Kill sendeof

/etc/sysconfig/printers/hp(root.root 644)
GSDEVICE=ljet4
NAME=hp
RESOLUTION=600x600
PAPERSIZE=a4
DESC="HP LaserJet 5"
SENDEOF="" 
DOUBLEPAGE=false

2) kill the @

/etc/printcap (root.root 644)

:sh@:\ <<<< remove the @
:if=/var/spool/lpd/hp/printfilter:

3) remove the bl**dy banner

/var/spool/lpd/hp/printfilter daemon.lp 700
enscript -B -M A4 -Z -p - |

4) remove the DOUBLEPAGE statement

psnup -d -b0.6cm -p$PAPERSIZE -2
fi 

wipe these lines out.

5) If Europe, change the default paper size

/etc/enscript.cfg
change DefaultMedia from Letter to A4 (case sensitive)
