Window Managers: Adding Xfce via
KDE
From kmoffat@drizzle.com Thu Feb 28 17:16:26 2002
[In] caldera 3.1.1, kde2, k menu, configure, preferences,
system, login manager. (that's close, anyway)
Sessions tab, type startxfce in the box at lower left,
this will highlight 'Add', click 'Add' and restart X and that's
it.
Xfce is on the menu, select it and it should work. This assumes
a build of xfce from source, and as user
you have typed 'xfce_setup' at a console. (for each user who
wants to run xfce, I think)
I assume the rpm install will work also, but I didn't have the
required xscreensaver installed for the rpm.
Hope this helps.
