I was at http://www.gnu.org today and noticed that R 1.6 of wget has just  been released.

This might be old news to most, but some on the list might be interested in a graphical frontend for WGET. It's a tcl/tk script called tkwget and available at http://www.mediacom.it/~sna/linux.html.
